Add-Drop and Approval Dates Add-Drop and approval will start on February 27th, 2012, at 09:00 and will end on March 2nd, 2012, at 17:00. As the lectures and exams were cancelled due to heavy snowfall on 29th of February 2012, the 2011-2012 Spring Semester Add-Drop and Advisor Approval date is prolonged to 5th of March, Monday, 17.00. On the first day of registrations, the registration program will be accessible within and outside the campus at 9 a.m. and afterwards (The registration page can be accessed via cable and wireless(*) network, prioritization with respect to connection type will not been carried out.). (*) Locations of the wireless network points can be viewed at http://map.metu.edu.tr/category/24/wireless-zones. Since the wireless network use shared structure, it is recommended that the students who want to register should prefer the locations that have lower usage frequency (ex. slower connection is expected at the library reference department). Registration Address Add-Drops can be done by connecting to the following URL:You must obtain your advisor's approval if you have made any changes in your course program during the add-drop period in order to complete your registration. Detailed Information on Add-Drops You can reach the detailed information about Add-Drops from Student Bulletin and from the following address:http://www.oidb.metu.edu.tr/english/registration.htm NOTE: Students who have completed their registration and have taken the advisor approvals during registration term (February 13th - 15th, 2012) should take the advisor approvals if they make any changes in their registration during the Add-Drop period. Students who have completed their registration and have taken the advisor approvals during registration term (September 21st - 23rd, 2012) do not need to re-enter the registration program during the Add-Drop period if they do not want to make any changes in their registration. IMPORTANT NOTICE: User Codes/Passwords Defined On Central Server Systems It is strictly forbidden to disclose your passwords that are defined on central server sytems to others or share it with the third parties. Please do not forget that you are the sole person that is responsible for all the misuse that originates from your user account. The students, who have newly registered to any program in METU, should enter to the address https://useraccount.metu.edu.tr.
