The Smart Class is a system designed to bring the teacher and students at different physical locations together in an interactive environment, using videoconferencing and live broadcasting techniques. Web site usability is defined as "the extent to which a site can be used by a specified group of users to achieve specified goals with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction in a specified context of use". This definition implies that usability is user and task dependent, as well as being related to how well the user is able to accomplish what they set out to do, how efficiently the user can do this, and how satisfied the user is during and after the process.
